Tiffany Sparrow Grace, BMT, MTA is a sacred musician, accredited music therapist, educator and yogi. Sparrow studied yoga and mantra in Canada and India, obtaining her 500hr yoga teaching certificate in Akhanda Yoga through Yogrishi Vishvketu. She teaches sound wellness, mantra and philosophy and has performed with well know kirtan artists such as Dave Stringer, Karnamrita Dasi, Jai Uttal, Shimshai and many others. She is currently completing her MA research on the health benefits of group chanting, and also works in hospitals, providing sound therapy and mindfulness for pain reduction, emotional balance and neurological functioning.

“Karin Lefsrud is an intuitive healer and registered massage therapist. She is a graduate of the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. Karin is an assistant teacher with Seminars for Health, a continuing education company for RMT’s. Karin completed her Usui/Holy Fire ART/Master training at Stonehenge, England with her teacher William Lee Rand. She is also a trained yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and sound healer. She has training in Gong sound therapy, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga massage, and Lomi Lomi massage. In her free time, Karin loves to travel, and enjoys hosting energy and sound healing workshops as well as women’s yoga and creative retreats. Karin has been a lifelong athlete, enjoying club-level soccer, masters swimming, and most recently, rock climbing. Karin is a registered member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. All massages are fully insured and Reiki treatments may be covered under health spending accounts.”
