meet corinne
Hi, I’m Corinne!
My yoga journey began during my studies in drama and dance, where our daily warm-ups included asana, pranayama, and meditation. Later, my formal studies took me to Montreal, where I danced semi-professionally — a discipline that inspired me to develop a dedicated home yoga practice.
As a yoga practitioner, student, and teacher, I specialize in yoga for a variety of conditions. However, my primary focus is yoga for the endocrine system and hormonal balance.
During perimenopause, I began experiencing debilitating migraines. I was advised that my options were Hormone Replacement Therapy, birth control pills, or migraine medication — but my first reaction was, “Forget that!” Determined to find a natural alternative, I discovered Brazilian Yoga Therapist Dinah Rodrigues and her method, Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT).
After a few months of consistent practice, I was amazed to find that all my hormonal symptoms — including the migraines — had completely disappeared. I became a true believer in the therapeutic power of this method.
Since then, it has been my joy to teach yoga to women through every stage of life, from Yoga for Pregnancy to Hormone Yoga Therapy.
Today, my main focus is teaching HYT and helping women restore balance and relieve symptoms of hormonal imbalance — including urinary incontinence and pelvic floor pain.
I invite you to join me on this journey toward harmony, vitality, and empowered well-being.

Experience
Corinne has dedicated over 2,000 hours to the study of yoga and brings more than 20 years of teaching experience to her students. In addition to teaching Hatha and Hormone Yoga Therapy, her specialty lies in Prenatal Yoga. Corinne has also had the honour of supporting families through childbirth as a Birth Doula, attending hundreds of births and gaining deep insight into the physical and emotional journey of motherhood.
Unlike the Western medical tradition, yoga does not have a single institution of higher learning. Instead, it is rooted in lineage and mentorship — students learn through dedicated study with experienced teachers. Corinne has followed this path wholeheartedly, training intensively with top-tier teachers and developing her own Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training program.
Among her most meaningful studies was the 500-hour Teacher Training she completed with Yogrishi Vishvketu at the Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India. Her favourite training experience, however, took her to Santiago, Chile, where she studied directly under Dinah Rodrigues, the founder of Hormone Yoga Therapy, and earned her certification in this powerful practice.
Hormone Yoga Therapy
Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is especially popular in Germany and the Czech Republic, yet Corinne is one of the few certified teachers offering this method in North America. She is passionate about sharing this transformative practice and is thrilled to offer the first online Hormone Yoga Therapy course, making it accessible to students wherever they are.
