Thank you for this teaching format for the HYT. It is so much easier to learn, when I can do it one step at a time and not be so overwhelmed as I was at the class at the studio. Learning it in stages makes it much easier and being able access it when it is good for my schedule makes it easier as well. I have gotten through the warm ups and now working on 1 and 2. Being more familiar with yoga now than I was when I took it at Lahari a few years ago helps too but obviously not needed. Having access to the zoom practices as well makes such a difference. So thank you for all the hard work I imagine you put into the videos, format etc - you did an excellent job!!! And many thanks for the Zoom and Youtube practices too. Some very good things have come out of this pandemic and this is one of them for me!!

I had the pleasure of doing Corinne's Hormone Yoga course and I loved it! She does such a great job working students through each pose and exercise methodically and then she has a great recording of the whole sequence. Even now that I know the sequence, I find it helpful to pull up the whole sequence to make sure I'm on the right track! I definitely recommend studying HY with Corinne.
