Join us for an intensive Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) Workshop. The workshop is done in two parts. There is a lot to learn however, after completing this training you will have all the knowledge to start practicing on your own.
The aim of the workshop/course is to teach you the whole sequence so you can than fit it into your everyday schedule. Once learned you can practice the sequence within 30 minutes. Ideally incorporating it 4x a week depending on your symptoms, and goals you want to achieve.
You will learn different types of breathing techniques (pranayamas), physical postures (asanas), and a Tibetan technique for circulation of energy and a couple of of guided relaxations (yoga nidra). These are the main components of the 30 minute main sequence. In addition to this you will learn warming up exercises, anti stress, and calming exercises. These are very beneficial and should be practiced ideally twice a week or more frequently if you struggle for example with insomnia. Furthermore you will learn about bandhas (body locks), chakras (energy centers) and nadis (energy channels).
This natural & holistic yoga therapy will bring you vitality and health by eliminating symptoms of low hormones.
The series is dynamic and it leads to quick results with regular practice.
