My experience with lotus moon yoga, has been nothing short of awe!!! Corinne McNally is an excellent yoga teacher who explains every move, pose, and alternative ways to do the yoga for those with some limitations. She has a keen eye for correcting and nurturing me through my journey into Yin and Hatha yoga. Corinne is a calm, knowledgeable person who brings her life’s work into her classes. I really enjoy that these classes are delivered through Zoom, and I can learn from home in my own yoga space. I have attended a few of her yoga retreats which were very well organized and quite fulfilling!!! Definitely will attend retreats with her in the future, once Covid is under control. Would love for all to know about Lotus Moon Yoga and Corinne, dedicated to the life betterment of all ages through yoga. Corinne also is an exclusive Hormone Therapy Yoga teacher here in North America and her course in this method is available to students in an online complete course to learn the moves and the breathing. She also teaches these classes in person, but with Covid still prevalent in the world, she is not able to at this time, hence the online course. I highly recommend to others interested in yoga to come learn with Corinne. Yoga makes my body happy from the moment l walk into class with Corrines humour knowledge and good karma. lt is now as important as food water and sleep. |
Corinne is such a gift and has added so much to my yoga practice. She brings to class years of knowledge and experience and is sincerely invested in her students health, comfort and success. Her Hormone Yoga Therapy is a practice rapidly rising in popularity and now that she's offering it on line it should definitely be on your resolution list for 2021, it's on mine and I can't wait to start.
